The brief

What the site had to do

Explain a product that is still evolving

Features, models, pricing and how-it-works had to stay editable as plain pages so the partner can revise them without touching the application.

Comparison content for search and AI

Buyers compare models by name. Each comparison is its own page with a fixed structure, plus llms.txt and a sitemap so assistants can read and cite them.

Public site, private app

Marketing pages open to everyone and to crawlers; the workspace itself behind a cookie-based gate with a password-only login page and JSON 401s for API routes.

Clear legal footing

Terms, privacy, security and dispute-resolution pages published with the product, not after it.

Delivered

What the site does

Page system

Hub pages (features, models, guides, how-it-works, pricing, FAQ, about, contact) with clean URLs mapped in nginx to static files; a shared 404 and a welcome page for new accounts.

Conversion functions

Pricing to account creation, contact page, and a business page that routes teams to the training, workshop and build programmes delivered by Kroventra.

Operation

Kroventra hosts, caches and secures the site on the same server as the application, with asset caching rules, noindex on the development host and the production host indexed.

Ownership split

Vyndexo owns the product and the brand; Kroventra owns the delivery process and operates the stack. Client workflows and data created in Vyndexo belong to the client.

Ownership and limits

What this case does and does not claim

Figures above are page counts from the deployed site on the day of writing; they change as comparison and model pages are added.

One platform figure is published with the partner’s approval: 2,300+ images and videos generated on Vyndexo as of 28 October 2026. Traffic, sign-up and revenue figures are not published.

Kroventra’s role is development and technical operation. Product decisions, pricing and commercial terms are Vyndexo’s.
