Questions

On-site or online?

Both. On-site is included anywhere in Belgium; outside Belgium the workshop runs live online in one video session — same four blocks, same written plan.

Is it really tool-agnostic?

Yes. The inventory and the scoring do not care which tool you use. The plan recommends Vyndexo where it fits and names another tool where it does not.

How many people should join?

Everyone who does recurring work, up to ten. The best inventories come from the people doing the tasks, not from management alone.

What do we need to prepare?

Only the questionnaire. Bring one laptop per two people and access to the tools you use daily.

What if we don't continue?

You keep the inventory, the scoring, the blueprints and the Vyndexo setup. The plan is written so any builder can execute it.
