User Data Deletion

Kroventra Socials is an internal application operated by Kroventra to manage and publish content to Kroventra-owned Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Request deletion
Email contact@kroventra.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request.
Include:
- Your Facebook or Instagram account, Page or profile name.
- A description of the connection or information you want removed.
- An email address where Kroventra can confirm completion.
Remove access yourself
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites or Business integrations.
- Select Kroventra Socials and choose Remove.
What will be deleted
After verification, Kroventra will delete associated platform identifiers, access credentials, connection records and stored publishing data under its control within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.
